Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive insurance sales through partnered bank branches
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI sector)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven and team-oriented
