Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
– Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions (insurance, financial services, etc.).
– Actively acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
– Maintain proper documentation and compliance for all customer interactions.
– Coordinate with backend teams to ensure timely policy issuance or account activation.
– Provide regular updates and reports to sales leaders on performance metrics.\
Candidate Profile:
– 2+ years of experience in sales, banking, insurance, or direct customer-facing role.
– Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively.
– Strong market knowledge of Rajasthan and nearby areas.
– Willing to travel for client meetings and lead generation.
