Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to develop and manage a strong client base, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a productive agency channel.
• Drive life insurance sales through agents and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide regular training, motivation, and on-ground support to agents.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity and retention.
• Build strong relationships with customers and local influencers.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation ability.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial products preferred.
