Position: Relationship Manager – Health Insurance
Location: Rajasthan (Local candidates preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years (Health Insurance experience mandatory)
Qualification: Any Graduate /  preferred
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Manager with strong experience in Health Insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving policy sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective service and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Promote and sell health insurance plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, renewals, and claims assistance efficiently.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely policy issuance and after-sales service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and policy persistency through regular follow-ups.

• Proven track record in Health Insurance sales or relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Local market knowledge is essential.
