We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to lead our sales team. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, coaching sales agents, and developing strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and lead sales agents from open market
– Develop and execute sales strategies.
– Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
– Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
– Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
– Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations.
– Monitor and report on sales metrics and outcomes.
– Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
– Provide training and development for the team.
– Continuously assess and enhance the sales team’s skills.
Requirement:
Edu. : Any Graduate
Exp. : Minimum 2 year in filed sales
– Must be local candidate
– Have a Bike and DL
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
