Job Title: Relationship Manager-Sales
We are looking for a Relationship Manager-Sales to lead our sales efforts in different locations. This person will manage a team that meets customers face-to-face, builds relationships, and sells our products or services. Your job will be to plan, guide, and support your team to meet their sales goals.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of field sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Help the team find and approach new customers
- Visit key clients to build strong relationships
- Solve customer and team issues quickly
- Review team performance and give feedback
- Report sales progress and field updates to senior leaders
- Make sure the team follows all company rules and values
Candidate Profile:
- Has 2–5 years of total sales experience, including time in field sales
- Has led a team or guided others in a sales role
- Is confident in face-to-face selling and handling objections
- Can travel locally or regionally as needed
- Is good at planning and time management
- Understands how to motivate and manage people
- Holds at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree (12+3 Years)
