Job Description

– Identifying and recruiting potential sales associates and advisors

– Driving sales: Motivating the team to meet sales targets

– Managing team performance: Reviewing performance and improving productivity

– Providing leadership: Leading and managing the team of advisors and sales associates

– Mentoring and training: Providing training and monitoring the developmental needs of the team

– Developing strategies: Planning new business development strategies to increase written premium

– Developing new channels: Developing new avenues to help the team generate business

– Handling clients: Handling high net worth (HNI) clients and HNI agents directly

– Maintaining customer satisfaction: Maintaining excellent service quality and developing rapport with clients

Desired Candidate :

– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
