Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager / Sales Executive  to join our team in the BFSI  industry.

Responsibilities :

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

– Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals

– Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners

– Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product adoption

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Any field

– Proven track record of success in sales management

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– Strong leadership abilities and team-building experience

– Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus
