Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager/Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction in the banking/insurance/financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Drive sales of financial products like loans, insurance, or investment solutions.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of sales or relationship management experience (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
