Job Overview:

We are hiring for a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager role in Nagpur. This is a lead-based sales position involving client calling and field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential customers through provided leads
Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions
Make regular follow-up calls and schedule meetings
Visit clients to explain products and complete the sales process
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned sales targets on time

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance or BFSI preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to do field visits and customer meetings
