Job Overview:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth by offering financial solutions based on client needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust-based relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through field visits and referrals
Deepen relationships with existing clients by cross-selling financial products
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial advice
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory
2 to 4 years of experience in BFSI sales or relationship roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with customer-first mindset
Experience in life insurance, mutual funds, or banking products is preferred
