Job Overview:

We are hiring Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers to drive life insurance sales through bancassurance partnerships in Jetpur. The role focuses on branch coordination, customer engagement, and achieving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with assigned bank branches to generate and convert leads.
Promote and sell life insurance products to customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company and bank guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of Banking  Sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Target-driven and proactive.
