Hiring: Relationship Manager – Direct Sales
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Payroll + Insurance Benefits
Location: Surat

Job Summary:

Responsible for direct sales of insurance products, lead generation, and meeting sales targets. Fixed salary, incentives, and payroll benefits provided.

Job Role:

• Sell insurance/financial products through direct customer interaction.
• Generate leads via field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure smooth post-sales service.

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory).
• 2+ years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
