Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-orientated relationship manager to manage client relationships, drive insurance sales, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-payroll position with attractive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Provide timely support and excellent post-sales service.
• Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products and market trends.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ year of sales experience preferred (insurance/BFSI advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-driven and proactive.
