Job Description

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Help customers with banking, loans, insurance, or financial products.
• Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
• Follow up with customers regularly for service and new business.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and politely.
• Keep records of customer interactions properly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales and marketing.
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
