We’re looking for a friendly Relationship Officer to help sell our life insurance products by finding new customers and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new customers using your personal and work contacts.
- Follow up on leads we give you, set up meetings, and turn them into customers.
- Help teammates improve their sales skills with tips and advice.
- Keep up with what customers want, market changes, and what competitors are doing.
- Meet or beat sales goals every month and quarter.
- Build lasting connections with customers for repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or similar work.
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and guide small teams.
- Good at leading and motivating others.
- Great at talking to people and making deals.
