Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Meet assigned sales or service targets.
- Keep records of client interactions and transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
