Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Officer to build and manage strong customer relationships. Your main role will be to understand customer needs, offer the right solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience to support business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and support.
- Achieve monthly targets for sales and customer acquisition.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
