Job Summary:

We are hiring a friendly and customer-focused Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will be the face of our brand—helping clients with their needs, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring a great service experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing and potential customers regularly
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
• Follow up on leads and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Handle queries and resolve customer issues professionally
• Achieve monthly targets for sales and customer engagement
• Keep customer data and follow-up records up to date

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
