Job Summary:
Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and supporting business growth through effective communication and service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services
- Maintain accurate client records
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
