Relationship Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Officer to manage and grow customer relationships in the BFSI sector. The role involves Insurance products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Sell insurance, and products to customers based on their needs
• Understand client needs and offer suitable insurance products
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets
• Follow up on leads and manage customer queries
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
