Relationship Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves selling insurance  products/services, addressing customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
• Promote insurance products to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Follow up on leads and ensure proper documentation

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
