Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Relationship Officer to build and maintain good relationships with clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing support, and helping grow business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly
• Follow up with clients regularly
• Support sales and business growth activities
• Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
