Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches

• Interact with walk-in customers and identify sales opportunities

• Support bank staff in pitching insurance products

• Close leads and achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure policy servicing

Qualifications

• Age: 22 to 40 years

• Graduation mandatory (any stream)

• Minimum 2 years experience in BFSI / Insurance / Sales

• Good communication in English + local language

• Must be comfortable with field visits
