Job Overview:

We are hiring a Relationship Officer to build and manage strong customer relationships while promoting financial products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving targets through relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Cross-sell banking and insurance products as per customer needs
Meet assigned sales and revenue targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Identify new business opportunities within existing and new customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
1–3 years of experience in BFSI sales or customer relationship roles
Good communication and negotiation skills
Goal-driven with a strong sales aptitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
