Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams across India
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
Skills & Experience—
- Minimum 2+ years work experience in any field sales
- Graduation Compulsory
- Customer relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Relationship Management Skill
- Strong on integrity and open to new roles/responsibilities.
