Job Description: 
The Relationship Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents to achieve business targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Roles and responsibilities: 
Identify, onboard, and build a high-performing agent network.
Equip agents with product knowledge and sales skills.
Drive sales through agents to achieve targets.
Maintain strong relationships with agents for retention and engagement.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulations.

Qualification and Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage teams effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
