About the Role: 
The Relationship Support Manager – BFSI will support sales teams in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring effective service delivery and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Assist sales teams in understanding client needs and aligning services accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver customized solutions for clients.
• Support business development efforts through consistent relationship management.
• Track and report on client interactions and engagement metrics.
  Requirements: 
• Experience: 1-2+ years in relationship management or support roles in BFSI.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Qualification: Minimum undergraduate degree.
• Age: 21-38 years.
  Compensation: 
• ₹2.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
