Relationship Manager – Madhya Pradesh (MP)
Location: Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain & other MP locations
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Banking / Insurance / Field Sales
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
CTC: 3.0 – 5.0 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage customer relationships through direct and channel sales.
• Generate business from existing and new customers for insurance, banking, or financial products.
• Work closely with channel partners (banks / branches) to drive business targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and field visits to strengthen client relations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely reporting of activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with field exposure.
• Knowledge of financial / insurance products.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the MP market preferred.
