Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive field sales and manage client relationships in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and ensuring long-term relationship management for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients and channel partners.
Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial/insurance solutions.
Monitor market trends, competition, and client feedback to improve sales strategy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare reports for management.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work in the field.
Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
