Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships in Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and helping achieve business growth through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand clients’ financial requirements and provide suitable solutions/products.

  • Promote company products/services to increase sales and revenue.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

  • Minimum 2-year experience in relationship management, field sales, or banking/insurance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
