Relationship Manager – Rajasthan (Field Sales)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 Years (Banking / Insurance / Financial Services)
Location: Rajasthan (multiple locations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field visits and generate business in banking/insurance products.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate /  (any stream).
• Minimum 2 year of experience in field sales (preferably insurance/banking/finance).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales.
• Self-driven and motivated professional.
