Regarding the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our agency channel in the life insurance industry. Finding, screening, and developing possible agency partners is part of this job in order to grow our distribution network.
Accountabilities
– Prospecting is the process of finding and creating leads for possible agency collaborations using a variety of techniques, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
– Lead Qualification: Evaluate possible agency partners to ascertain their fit for our organization based on factors including size, market penetration, and alignment with corporate objectives.
– Relationship Building: Use good communication and follow-up to create and preserve a solid rapport – with possible agency partners.
– Presentations for Sales: Create engaging presentations and deliver them to highlight the value proposition of our business.
