- Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer outreach and business potential
- Inspire and guide the team to achieve individual and team goals
- To manage and maintain a sales pipeline capable of delivering the budget
- To build and grow enduring and profitable customer relationships
- Handle month-end and year-end sales closure activities.
- Build new leads and secure additional sales by identifying potential clients.
Qualifications required for Sales Executive/Manager:
- 2-4 years’ experience with at least 1 years of strong sales experience in Any industry.
- Strong sales management experience in negotiation and closing.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
