Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Banking Expert to lead and optimize the performance of retail banking services, ensuring growth in CASA, cross-selling, customer engagement, and overall branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail banking product sales: CASA, Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
- Ensure best-in-class customer experience and relationship management
- Conduct customer onboarding, portfolio reviews, and financial planning discussions
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and business risks
- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and KYC guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business
- Minimum 1 years of experience in retail banking
- Sound understanding of banking products, branch operations & customer lifecycle
- Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local language preferred (Gujarati/Hindi)
