• Min 1 years of experience in Banking , Finance through banca channels or cross-selling life insurance in a bank.
• Good understanding of life insurance products and banking sales process.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank partners and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with bank partners to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable life insurance products.
• Managing customer queries and concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
