Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting agents and providing them with regular training to sell insurance policies effectively.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet channel objectives.
- Meeting assigned sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents.
- Handling and managing claims investigations as required.
- Building and maintaining a strong professional network.
- Tracking agent licensing and ensuring their activation.
- Nurturing agent relationships through regular product and process training.
- Maintaining a goal-oriented approach to achieve sales success.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, agency, or insurance products.
- Willingness to engage in field sales.
- A full-time graduate or a diploma holder (10+2+3 years).
