Job Description
In charge of recruiting, fostering, and promoting sales from competitive Top Financial Advisors and Financial Distributors in order to increase income for the Agency Channel.
Roles and Responsibilities :
– Presenting clients with the goods and services.
– Making cold calls to potential clients to find them.
– Cooperating with the other team members.
– Achieving and exceeding the monthly sales targets.
– Receiving and acting upon customer feedback.
– Ensuring that the clients are fully aware of the sales pitch.
-Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales.
– Being aware of the market’s current potential.
– Addressing any concerns or complaints from customers before closing a deal.
– Establishing a good rapport with the clients.
– Ensuring that clients receive outstanding service and satisfaction.
– Compiling and submitting monthly sales reports to upper management.
Require candidate :
– Maximum CTC : 3.80lpa
– Age Limit : Maximum 38 Years
– Minimum 1 year experience in filed sales.
– Qualifications : Graduate in Any Discipline
