Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – BFSI drives sales growth in insurance products by leading the sales team and achieving business targets. They focus on client acquisition, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop insurance agents.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for BFSI products.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
