Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sale Manager- Insurance Sector to develop and manage our partner relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales through indirect channels, ensuring partner success, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.).
- Drive sales growth through partner channels and ensure partner alignment with business goals.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
