Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Manager who is passionate about fieldwork, team management, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and execute field activities for business development and market expansion.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and local partnerships.
  • Conduct regular field visits with the team for on-ground support and performance tracking.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and present them to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–6 years of experience in field sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication
