Job Summary:
The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to drive sales and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and handle customer queries.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals or industry trends.
• Ensure store displays and merchandise are organized and well-stocked.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
