Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

Find possible company customers and build new connections.

Speak with business owners to learn about their financial needs and suggest suitable goods, including merchant services, business loans, and credit lines.

By offering outstanding customer service and consistently attending to clients’ banking needs, you can cultivate enduring connections.

Work together with internal teams to guarantee seamless product delivery and onboarding.

Keep up with banking products, market trends, and rival services.

 

Conditions:

A bachelorr’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.

Previous experience in financial services or loan sales is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills are essential for overcoming challenges.

Excellent negotiation abilities are crucial for client interactions.

Capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously is needed.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams for client solutions.
