Job Summary:
A Sales Advisor is a customer-facing role primarily responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional service in retail, automotive, insurance, or financial services sectors. They act as product experts, helping customers make informed decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored questioning.
- Provide detailed information about products or services, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.withe.co
- Recommend products or services that align with customer requirements.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively.
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
