Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Development Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents within our organization

Location: Kota, Jodhpur, Udaipur

Responsibilities:

·         Recruit and train insurance agents to expand agency network.

·         Develop strategies to achieve recruitment and sales targets.

·         Support agents with training, coaching, and performance management.

·         Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         Proven experience in agency development or sales management within life insurance.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills.

·         Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

·         Must be local

·         Age limit 21 to 38
