Sales and Agency Manager
The role focuses on lead generation, recruiting advisors, achieving sales goals, and negotiating contracts. It involves building and managing a team of agency partners, maintaining relationships with key agencies, providing training, and implementing growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Recruit adviser from open market
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies
- Provide training and support to agency partners
- Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
Required :
- Must have completed graduation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Age range: 22 to 38 years.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
