Job Summary:
The Sales and Agency Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing agency partnerships, and leading a sales team to meet targets. This role focuses on developing strategies, building relationships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales and channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and pursue new partnership avenues to enhance market presence.
- Meet sales goals and performance indicators for specific channels.
- Supervise channel managers, area sales leads, and on-ground sales teams.
- Handle negotiations and oversee agreements with external channel partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Preferred age: 23 to 40 years.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with proven team management capabilities.
