Position : Sales and Business Development Manager
Location : Ramgarh
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Go out in the field every day and meet new customers in your territory
– Generate your own leads through cold visits and local networking
– Pitch our products confidently and answer all customer queries honestly
– Follow up regularly with every lead until it converts or closes
– Update your daily report accurately and share with your reporting manager
– Consistently achieve your monthly target through a proper daily plan

Candidate Profile :
– Graduation from any recognized university
– 2 or more years of experience in any field sales role
– Must be a local resident of Ramgarh – This is strictly required
– All industry sales backgrounds are considered
– Strong Hindi communication skills
– Target-focused and self-sufficient in daily work
