Job Summary:
The Sales and Insurance Manager is responsible for managing both sales operations and insurance product distribution, ensuring target achievement and team performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales executives.
- Drive sales of insurance products through direct and team efforts.
- Set and monitor sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in sales pitches and closing deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, policy renewals, and after-sales service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
