Job Description

Role Summary:
The Sales and Insurance Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing the insurance team, and achieving business and insurance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales and insurance team
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Prepare regular reports on sales and insurance activities

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
